At Flint Cliffs Manufacturing, every product we create is custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Each design is reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed once they have been approved and production has started
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all design proofs, spelling, and details before giving final approval.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and guarantee that your item will arrive as expected.
We will repair or replace your order if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- There is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will review and work with you to resolve the issue promptly
What Is Not Covered
This policy does not cover:
- Customer-approved design errors (including spelling, dates, or layout)
- Damage occurring after delivery (including installation or handling)
- Normal wear and tear, weathering, fading, or environmental exposure
- Scratches, chips, or rust that occur after delivery

By approving your design and placing your order, you acknowledge that:
- The product will be made exactly as approved
- All sales are final
- Flint Cliffs Manufacturing is not responsible for errors present in approved designs
